fish_vietnam_saigonYou wouldn’t believe how easy it is to not go to the same restaurant more than once for one month while traveling!  Except for my time in Naxos, Greece (where I may or may not have gone to the same gyro stand and Mexican restaurant every day), I think I did fairly well at mixing things up gastronomically.
