Today is the final day of my yoga challenge! Honestly, I’m glad to be done with it — on a daily basis — but will be adding more yoga into my regular workouts. You know when you come home from vacation and can’t wait to look at all of the great pictures that you took, and then you come across ones of yourself in a bikini and you think, “Wow, I couldn’t possibly look any more toned in that photo…”, oh wait… OK, maybe more like, “Do I really look like that? 100 push ups? Consecutively? That’s insane! Damn the person who created this challenge. Don’t they know I just can’t help myself from participating in challenges? I’m on Week 3 of the 100 Push Up Challenge. When I did the initial test, I could only do about 3 push ups. I blame elementary school PE teachers for having us only do “girl push ups”! While I had to repeat Week 2, I’m now moving on to Week 3! Who’s up for the challenge? I DARE YOU!
