I kicked the coffee habit while I was in SE Asia. Or maybe I just replaced it with tea? Or Tiger beer? Anyway, my morning headaches finally disappeared and then I found myself ordering coffee drinks at dinner as a treat instead of a necessity. Good on ya’ mate! ;)

Today was Blog Action Day, thousands of bloggers posting about 1 issue relating to the environment. So I’ve decided to take the 2 Mile Challenge… sometime!

Now why didn’t I decide to take this challenge in the spring?

It’s good to know that Week 5 is the typical week to fall off the “Apartment Therapy Cure” wagon. Maxwell (Apartment Therapy author) posted that we should focus on what we’ve accomplished so far in the cure to try and motivate ourselves (and each other). So here’s what I have –and haven’t– done.
