I never tire of summer — or summer food! I snagged some Oregon cherries in July and made a fresh cherry tart. This was the second time I’ve made cherry tart and it was equally delicious. The recipe is from an old Martha Stewart Everyday Food magazine (you can find the recipe online). The base is a typical graham cracker crust and no-bake cream cheese (“cheese cake”) combo, but what makes it so yummy is the pound of fresh cherries that you load on the top.
